Students enrolled in online courses through Western Washington University (Western) may submit the following complaint form if they encounter an issue related to their online learning experience. All complaints are reviewed by staff in Western’s Outreach and Continuing Education (OCE) office and may be forwarded to the appropriate office for review.

If this complaint is concerning student behavior or would fall under the purview of the Equal Opportunity Office, please review the “Reporting a Concern or Complaint” from the Office of Student Life or the Bias or Discrimination Online Report Form.

If the complaint is not resolved at the institutional level, you may submit a complaint to the Washington Student Achievement Council (WSAC). WSAC has the authority to investigate student complaints against specific schools. WSAC does not have complaint investigation authority over all schools and may not be able to investigate all student complaints. For more information, visit: http://www.wsac.wa.gov/student-complaints
